How to measure your pet correctly?

For accurate measurements, we will need a centimeter tape – not a tape measure or ruler.

When taking measurements, the dog must be standing.

Here's how to do it:

1. Back length : measure from the neck to the beginning of the tail. The head should be raised and form a 90° angle.

2. Chest girth : Measure around the widest part of your dog’s chest – usually just behind the hind legs. Measure straight across the body – don’t leave any room for growth.

Important: do not confuse it with the waist circumference – this is in front of the hind legs.

3. Neck circumference: measure around the neck close to the base – where the neck joins the torso.
